Olio Verde has aromas of tomato leaf and grass that hit the nose as if walking through a field on a warm summer day. A round, buttery nuttiness is accented by the long finish of white pepper notes. One of the first monocultivar oils in Italy, it is made with 100% Nocellara del Belice olives.
